About Us
D&B Retail was founded on January 1, 2010 by Don Fiszbajn and Brechje Kerkhof.
During his career at Jones Lang LaSalle, Don Fiszbajn was responsible for the entire Retail Division. For many years he also was a member of the PAN European Retail Team in an advisory role. In addition to his extensive knowledge of the leasing market he primarily focused on the retail investment market which resulted in a large number of leading transactions.
After graduating Law school Brechje Kerkhof started her career at Jones Lang LaSalle. During the 10 years of her employment at JLL she has expanded her knowledge and experience in the leasing and the investment market. Throughout her career Brechje was responsible for all international accounts and specialized in advice and guidance of expansion projects of leading international retailers.
